Thursday Sept 25- Running

A.M.-

20 minute brisk walk, Targeted mobility drills.

P.M.-

Ball/roller work, mobility warm up.

Went for a 40 minute run, which was ugly. It's been over a month since I've done any distance running at all, but I wanted to try it one more time. Plenty of stretching after.
