A.M.-
20 minute brisk walk, targeted drills.

P.M.-
Ball/roller work, mobility warm up.

1- Deadlift- warm up 5X115,135,
8X165,185,190,195

2- RDL(125)/side plank w/leg raise
12 each in rounds for 10 minutes- 4 rounds

3- DB(25's) step up/KB(70#) swing
12 each in rounds for 10 minutes- 4 rounds

4- Airdyne intervals-
1 minute hard, 2 easy X 6

5- Prone body gasp
