Tuesday Nov 11- Intervals


Power wheel rollouts, side planks, targeted drills.

Ball/roller work, mobility warm up.
Airdyne intervals-
3 min moderate
45 sec sprint
1:15 moderate
3 min moderate.

Notes: Rainy, gray cold crappy day out, so hit the machine. Actually not too bad, plenty of work in a short amount of time.
