Warm up-  5 rounds of-
20 16K KB swings
10 push ups

1) Incline DB bench press- warm up sets- 10 X 30, 8 X 35, 6 X 40, 6 X 45
60 X 8, 8, 8, 8

2) Incline safety bar bench press-
160 X 3, 3, 140 X 8, 8

3) Flat safety bar bench press-
160 X 8, 8, 8, 10

4) Weighted Push Ups-
45 X 8, 8, 8, 8
