warm up-  3 X 20 16K KB swings, 2 X 20 X 20K

1a) BB back squat-        warm up sets- 5 X bar, 100, 120
8 X 140, 140, 160, 160, 170

1b) BB stiff leg deads-    warm up sets- 5 X 60, 70, 90
8 X 100, 100, 100, 110, 120

2) DB shoulder press-
8 X 15, 20, 25, 30, 30, 35, 35
