1a- KB swings- 20 X 24K kettlebell
1b- DB Step ups- 10X30's, per side
2a-Swiss ball pike + push up- 10
2b- Inverted rows- 10
3- Bodyweight circuit- 10 each
Burpees /jumping jacks/ split jacks/ mountain climbers
Notes: A routine I just invented. 4 times through each alternating set. Killa!
