1/20- Progressive KB swings, intervals

5 rounds of 5 swings with 16K, 20K, 24K, 32K 
No rest between bells, 1' rest between sets

Aerdyne intervals- 2' easy, 1' hard 1' easy X 6, 2' easy.
Road bike in trainer- 20' moderate to easy.
